I'm a licensed clinical social worker that is passionate about supporting women and gender non conforming people of color on their healing journeys towards a more grounded understanding of themselves and the lives they want to lead.

I am trauma informed, strengths based, somatically oriented, and with an understanding of the influence of systems and environments on individuals. I primarily utilize the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Modality, and a lot of the focus of my work is supporting folks processing through grief and loss.
